By accessing or using our services, including booking event spaces or services through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an event or using any service provided by CFAM Party Hall, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and you should periodically review this page for changes. Continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking and Reservations

To book an event at CFAM Party Hall, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. This includes your name, contact details, event date, type of event, and any other required information. By confirming your booking, you agree to provide all necessary documentation and payments as requested.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for event bookings are due as specified in the agreement at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and may require a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total booking price.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

5. Event Conduct and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the conduct of your guests during the event.
• All events must comply with local laws and regulations.
• You agree to ensure that the event does not disturb the peace or cause damage to the venue or property.
• Any damage to CFAM Party Hall property, including furniture, equipment, or fixtures, will be billed to the person or organization who made the booking.

6. Use of the Venue

• CFAM Party Hall provides the venue as described in the booking. The venue is for your private use for the duration of the event.
• You may not sublet the venue or transfer the booking to another party without our written consent.
• No alterations to the venue layout or decorations may be made without prior approval.

7. Liability and Limitations

• CFAM Party Hall is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during your event, except where such injury or damage results directly from our negligence.
• We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events like weather conditions, power outages, or public health emergencies.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your booking or as required by law. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Use of Photography and Media

By hosting an event at CFAM Party Hall, you grant us permission to take photographs, video, and audio recordings during your event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.

10. Third-Party Services

CFAM Party Hall may engage third-party vendors to provide services such as catering, music, or event planning. These vendors are independent contractors and are not directly employed by CFAM Party Hall. Any agreements made with these vendors are between you and the vendor, and CFAM Party Hall is not responsible for the actions or services provided by third parties.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
